Right after checkout your download links unlock instantly — no waiting, no emails to confirm. You'll see a download button on the order confirmation page and receive a receipt with the same links.

You can also re-download any time from your account order history on the shop.

We send an order receipt by email, but the files themselves are delivered through the download links on the shop — they're too large and varied to attach. Use the links in your receipt or sign in to your account to grab them anytime.

Links stay available for the lifetime of your account. If a link ever expires or fails, just contact us with your order number and we'll re-issue it.

Every design ships in five formats:

SVG — universal vector, opens in nearly every design app.
DXF — CNC and laser-cam ready.
AI — native Adobe Illustrator source.
PNG — high-res raster preview / mockup.
PDF — print-ready reference.

For most laser software (LightBurn, RDWorks, EZCAD) start with SVG or DXF. For fiber/galvo markers using EZCAD, the PNG can also be used for bitmap engraving. If your software struggles with a particular file, try the next format — they're all built from the same clean source.

Yes — SVG, DXF, AI and PDF are true vector geometry, so you can scale from a pistol grip medallion up to a full rifle receiver without a single line going soft. Only the PNG preview is raster and fixed at its export size.

That's the whole point of our catalogue. Every file is rebuilt with closed paths, welded joints and a clean node structure — no stray points, no overlapping cuts that stall the laser. You can usually send straight to cut with minimal or zero cleanup.

The vectors are material-agnostic — they work on metal, wood, leather, acrylic, glass and more. Your settings (power, speed, frequency) will depend on your machine and material, not the file.

Yes. Each design is run through cut and engrave simulations to confirm node density, kerf safety and clean traceability before it's packaged and listed.

Yes. You may use the designs to create and sell finished physical engraved products (grips, lighters, signs, etc.). What you may not do is resell, share or redistribute the digital files themselves, or claim the artwork as your own.

Absolutely — commercial engraving work is covered. One purchase lets you use that design across as many client pieces as you like. Just don't pass the raw digital files on to the client.

Yes. You're free to resize, mirror, combine or edit the vectors to fit your project. The only restriction is on redistributing or reselling the digital source files in any form.

Pricing reflects the complexity and node-count of each design. Bundles offer the best per-design value. Watch for store-wide sales — we run regular discounts of up to 35% off.

Checkout is handled securely through the shop, which accepts major credit cards and other methods enabled at the store. All transactions are encrypted and we never see or store your card details.

Yes — browse the full catalogue for curated bundles and watch for seasonal sales. Bundles are the most cost-effective way to build out a library of engraving-ready patterns.

Because digital files can't be "returned," all sales are final once a download link has been used. If a file is genuinely defective or won't open, contact us with your order number and we'll fix or replace it.
